Owned and operated by Jessica Sabo, Colorado Cupcakes & Coffee was born out of a simple passion: handcrafting the perfect custom gourmet cupcakes and specialty treats in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.
Established in Colorado Springs, we believe that baking is a form of art. For every custom order, our kitchen comes alive with the aroma of melting chocolate, fresh vanilla bean, and locally sourced ingredients. We bake every single cupcake from scratch to order, utilizing premium organic flour, farm-fresh eggs, and local wildflower honey.

The Journey
Early Beginnings
We kicked off with our first order in January 2018, followed by official brand formation in February. This start ignited our passion for baking sweet memories.
First Wedding
We baked for our inaugural wedding in March 2018, delighting guests with custom cupcakes. This event showcased our flair for elegant, personalized desserts.
Acquired Charlie
In October 2019, we introduced Charlie, our custom baking trailer, responding to booming customer demand for a storefront. No longer bound to one location, we expanded our reach across Colorado with mobile baking magic.
Larger Cakes & Weddings Expansion
In February 2022, we ramped up with larger custom cakes and weddings, refreshing our premium offerings. This delivers reliable, premium desserts for events big and small across Colorado.
